Shipping Time: Transit time is 1-3 business days via UPS insured, USPS insured or Courier/Armed Delivery.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Jewelry and watch orders over $10,000 qualify for FREE SHIPPING in the USA only.
For U.S. shipping rates for purchases under $10,000 there is a $50 Flat Rate Shipping charge, with a $60 Flat Rate Shipping charge to Hawaii and Alaska. All packages are fully insured. Currently the website processes orders for domestic shipment only.

WHAT IS THE REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving the original order. You can reach our Customer Service Department by telephone at 1-310-888-8888 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given an RMA number which is required for return. The item must be in its original condition and include all original packaging, box, papers, and accessories that may have accompanied the order. It is recommended that you insure your package against loss and request Delivery Confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your merchandise credit or refund. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once your return has been received and accepted you will see a refund in about seven (7) business days.
